2017 Drakkar/MyOcean Workshop. Evening Diner at Café NoName
Monday 16 January, starting at 19h00

Bar will start at 18h30. Everyone will pay for drinks.

We propose to have a workshop diner at Café NoName on Monday evening starting at 19:00.
A contribution of 20€ will be asked to each participant to be paid on site in Cash, Credit Card (or Checks from French Banks).

Salade  Grenobloise (greens and tomatoes with grenoble wallnuts, Emental and Sassenage blue cheeses) -no meat/fish/or eggs.
Salade Baltique (greens and vegetables with with smoked salmon , shrimps,  ctoast with  chive cream)
Salade Gourmande (greens smoked duck magret, fois gras on toast, potted tomatoes, dried tomatotes, pine kernels)

Seabass filet sauce beurre blanc served with safran rice and vegetables sautés
Duck Legg with orange sauce served with gratin dauphinois and vegetables sautés
Roast of Veal in Olive sauce served with gratin dauphinois and vegetables sautés

A specific main dish  canbe fixed on demand on site

Choice of desserts
Chocolate mouss, Fresh fruit salad, crunchy nougat mandarine, Raspberry vanilla cake, fromage frais with cream or red fruit sauce
